Small Group PT.

A small group training session consists of max 4 people training together. It's the quality of a personal trainer (PT), at a better price-point, with a small, like-minded community to share experiences and motivation. This is where you build your confidence and strength in the gym.

Sweat

Conditioning based exercise where we train your cardiovascular system to become fitter and healthier. We use cardio machines, light weights and bodyweight exercises to get your heart rate up.

Build

Build your strength and improve your form in this weight based session. No conditioning or high intensity work but that’s not to say you won’t get a great session in!

Hyrox

A HYROX event is a fitness race. We have sessions throughout the week to train our clients to get them to take part in these events around the world.

Community Session

A free session every Friday at 6pm! Suitable for all levels of fitness, new and experienced gym goers. Come along every Friday to meet new people and do something healthy. Click here to book into a Free session.

Running Club

I used to hate running, I’m sure you might have tried and hated it in the past too. This Running Club is designed to get everybody running and knowing how to run properly.

We are usually seen getting coffee after our run too!
