THE BARRACKS GYM TEEN STRENGTH CLASSES
YOUR TEEN WILL GET ACCESS TO A FULL GYM COACHING SESSION 1-2 DAYS A WEEK. THEY WILL LEARN THE FUNDAMENTALS OF STRENGTH TRAINING AND WILL BE SHOWN HOW TO PROGRESS WEEK ON WEEK.

OUR TEEN SESSIONS ARE BUILT ON OUR SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING FOUNDATIONS WHERE EVERYBODY THAT COMES TO US IS COACHED WHERE THEY’RE AT.
THAT MEANS BEGINNERS ALL THE WAY TO ATHLETIC TEENS WILL GET BENEFIT FROM THESE STRENGTH SESSIONS.
WHEN IS IT ON?
MONDAY’S AND THURSDAY AT 4PM.
HOW MUCH IS IT?
2 sessions a week = €100/6 weeks
1 session a week = €60/6 weeks
